Politics in the Age of Youtube


No matter who you plan to vote for, you've gotta admit that this is an effective use of video. As recruiters, it's in our best interest to target with as much precision as possible. At their best, commercial video messages:
  • meet overt needs
  • acknowledge and mollify subconsious emotional needs
  • highlight a specific call to action
So, if you are considering using video in your recruiting efforts, take a look at this one and figure out what makes it effective. And, don't forget to vote.
